I always thought that threatening was a better way to get something. But anyway, where is our snippet?

The MWW/RFC gives and takes away according to his plans, not ours.
That would not keep me from greatly appreciating my next fix. |

December 21st - Winter Solstice - shortest daylight in the Northern Hemisphere. While Christmas lights are cheery and there is anticipation for friends and family, there is still that 'something' that would satisfy a hunger known to the denizens of these lands.
Yes, HFQ is due in 261 days, a mere 37 weeks and 2 days, a merest bagatelle in the history of this world. Yet still, my fingers keep popping these keys, looking for a sign of a snippet, a hint that our author has not forgotten us in all of the Holiday festivities. Please Sir (homage to Dickens!) can WE have another? -----
What say you, my peers? |

Well, it has now been 10 days since the last one, so it is indeed time to start the begging. Please make it a very merry pre Christmas and give us another snippet. ========================

I don't think we are getting one today, maybe if we are good boys and girls Santa will visit and we will get an extra long one under the tree when we wake up on the 25th.

The winter solstice was a time of joyous celebration in many religions. What could lead to a more joyous celebration for adherents of the CoC than a new snippet from RFC? ========================

Don't forget that The Great Panjandrum gave us TWO snippets last time. We may, just may, have to wait until next year fro the next. He should give us two snippets, one because of Christmas and second, because of New Year.

I could ask about boxing day, but lets go with 12 days of Christmas. Nah, too greedy. |
