In LAMA 5 tartlies and a tartness
Duchairn on tartly
Irys one tartly
Travis Sahndfyrd 1 tartly
Duke of Eastshare 1 tartly
Koryn Gahravi 1 tartness and one tartly

Sharleyan doesn't have a single tartly in the entire book - is she becoming sweeter with age?

In MT&T there are 13 tarts, tartlies, and tarter references
Merlin one tartly
BGV one tartly and one tarter
Lord Shaircross one tart
Trynair one tartly
Domynyk Staynair two tartlies
Irys one tartly
Groair Zhaksyn one tartly
Earl of White Crag one tartly
Sharleyan two tartlies, one tart

Sharleyan does/says something tartly 5 times in How Firm. Out of 10 total instances (with one "tart" it's 11)... and she's the only character to get "tartly" more than once.

Rahnylds wife one tart
Yairley one tartly
Nahrmahn one tartly
Duchairn one tartly
Cori's one tartly
Irys one tartly
Sharleyan five tartlies.

In A Mighty Fortress 9 tartlies 1 tart):
Howsmyn one tart
Mahklyn one tartly
Mahrlys one tartly
Anvil Rock two tartlies
Lock Island two tartlies
Sharleyan three tartlies

In By Heresies Distressed (5 total)
Harys one tartly
Gray Harbor one tartly
Cayleb one tartly
Sharleyan two tartlies

In Schism (5 tartlies, 3 tarts)
Mahkneel 1 tart
Nahrmahn 1 tart
Teynair 1 tart
Ohlyvya 1 tartly
Merlin 1 tartly
Sharleyan 1 tartly
Cayleb 2 tartlies

In Armageddon (two tartlies, 1 tart)
Dynnys
Nahrmahn 1 tartly
Cayleb 1 tartly

Pedantically I have to say that I think tartly does not pluralize into tartlies but should instead be specified as 'tartly's. Otherwise my mind insists upon a parade of tarts all speaking acerbically and in that 'tone' of voice.

Pedantically, I'd like to point out that "tartly" is uncountable and shouldn't be put into a plural form. And making it possessive doesn't improve the situation, especially not with regard to Sharleyan. ;)
Other than that, this tartness issue is getting a bit high on calories. ;)

Sorry, had to look up tartness. I thought it sould've been tartiness in this instance. Sort of like tardiness.  Found out that you can address Sharleyan as Her Royal Tartness.
ERR; Have they invented the guillotine yet?

Of course in Corisande we have the Earl of Tartarian - he could be a tartish sort of fellow.

The Earl of Tartarian,
Sought to impress the
Empress Shar-le-yan,
To secure a Royal Charter,
He served a sauce tartar,
Now he's the Tartar Tsar of Tartarian.

I tend to be tremblingly tantalized by the thought!

It's out of the question.
This culinary suggestion.
Why, wyvern steak tartare
Smothered in this sauce of tartar
Would give our social class indigestion.

Not even a Thorastian bazaar
Would present a dish quite bizarre
A gaoler could be no crueler
Than to serve this dish from Schueler
The prefered torture used in Reskar

Please excuse the rhyming pronunciations of this American Barbarian.
