And now it's that time in our show where posters find silly ways to beg for Snippets.
(Sung to Danny Boy) Oh, snippet posts....We search and search we're yearning... from thread to thread and all of RFC's posts... our patience gone and all our calm's a churning 'Ti's we must bide and you we desire the most |

Sung to the old Navy cadence song (Jody) Canal Street.
Chief, “Canal Street, Canal Street the place that I adore.” Squad, “Where I’ll be a sonofabitch if you can’t find a whore.” Note Canal Street in the Port of New Orleans was the notorious red light district. Now for the snippet beggar 'Snippet' Chef, "Snippet Snippet the Post that I adore." Squad, "Where I'll be a sonofabitch if it don't ignite a fan war." Then there's this risque cadence song:
Chief "Model A Ford and a full tank of gas." Squad. " [Removed to keep PG] " Snippet Jody: Chief, "New snippet and a mind full of trash." Squad, "Our thinking fuzzy and writing rash." Poker Edited to remove non PG part. Last edited by pokermind on Wed Oct 29, 2014 9:45 am, edited 1 time in total.

Um, can we get back to PG-13, please? I'd really like to let my daughter start reading this forum someday.

I learned this kind of song from my daughter before she was 13. Let's not underestimate our kids. As a compromise, publish just the begging version of the song? ...

OK, that brings out a missing item of Safehold - where is the Haiku? There are obviously Archangels with Nippon connections, surely they would promulgate this fine art, right? It is not prone to drive tech forward so why not? Inquiring minds and all of that and no I'm not Shirley - 10 lashes with wet noodle! -----
