Yes, when I said I had a playlist for Javier and Eloise, I was not kidding - and here it is. I restricted it to twelve tracks (for reasons I will let you puzzle amongst yourselves), or it would have been quite a bit longer.
I'm also not quite satisfied with the graphics, but given that they were done by the decidedly inexpert yours truly, I suppose I'm not too displeased with them.
It's a characteristic Rose mix, with one unexpected addition - VNV Nation's "Beloved" was suggested by our own Festival way back in June, and it's been a fixture on my steadily evolving list for months.
You will notice the conspicuous absence of "My Heart Will Go On", due to sheer bloody-minded principle on my part - I had to be more creative than that!
In all seriousness, I have spoken before about what their love story means to me, but "where words fail, music speaks"; this is my tribute to them and to all that they accomplished, apart and together.
