The branch three blocks from my home short-circuited its
air conditioning, and has been Closed since Wed Aug 20.
Spare parts, and new generators, are hard to find.
It may stay closed until mid-September.
Tuesday Aug 26 I managed to get to another branch. At this stage of my live, travel is difficult enough for me
that I might get here only once or twice a month. That
will continue to keep me away from computers, indefinitely.
That is why I am Forced Away From It All.
When the nearby library branch returns, so will I.
