Of course, I'm sure that the Majestic Might Wizard Weber is having loads of fun reading about the course of our speculations.

Perhaps he's thinking "Oh what fools those readers be".

I'm sure he's laughed at some of my speculations.

Look on the bright side. People aren't insisting that, in spite of textual evidence to the contrary, Aivah is an immortal PICA anymore.

That's progress, right? :)

Of course not! She's obviously a body hopping/snatching virtual personality carried on a modified SNARC that hops bodies by implanting itself in people's brains. Nynian is just its latest host and "Seijin Kohdy" was one of its prior hosts.

Oh lordy that looks oddly plausible...

Hi all,

I think that for the sake of Joat42's head, the speculation better resume. Maybe that icon will stop exploding across my screen! :D

I just reread the last two snippets and the following jumped out at me. First, calling Merlin Ahbraim had to have been rather tasty revenge for Nynian after Ahbraim called her Nynian back in the brothel. I bet she enjoyed that...

The second thing is how utterly warm and and even endearing of a picture of the fictional Seijin Khody Merlin draws from the lore. I find myself hoping that there does turn out to have been a real Seijin Khody who is not too different than the lore.

My speculation, based on everything we know about her so far,
is that Nynian is friend, not foe.

A question: How much shoud Nynian be told? My own thought is tell everything there is to know about Merlin's story only. Leave out any mention of the brethren or the inner circle. Include Cayleb since he's an obvious connection anyway. Include Owl, but exclude Nahrman. Tell her about the Terran Federation, the Atchangels, and the true story of Armageddon Reef. Then see how it all turns out.

This forum could use it quite frequently when RFC post some of his tidbits... Image

(And I also have bunch of others like that lying around) Image

And now gentlemen, everyone back to the speculations! Image
