Upon starting my game today I was notified that there are new live event modes next week featuring " multi-wave fights. I hope that means controlling a wall of ships not just one. I'm also hoping while they are at it they add a few new sectors and maybe a new ship. I know the levels are too short now by the time I get my ship and crew upgraded its time for a new ship. Would be nice to play through more than just two sectors with one ship.

Also are any of you having trouble with the scope feature during battles. I'm a quick tapper and now that I have three missile batteries every time in tap them I end up enlargening the map to look at the other ship which is really annoying.and causes problems. I hope ES patrols this forum. Worst feature ever especially since you see what the ship looks like ion the bonus select screen. At least let us choose to turn it off ourselves if we want.

Any way hope something good is coming up!

Yes, I have the same problem with the scope.

I'm fairly certain they don't. They do have a forum at http://forums.tales-of-honor.com/ however.

My biggest issue isn't the sudden zoom effect when firing multiple salvos (especially if you're using 4 legendary cooldown modules!), it's that a pair of heavy cruisers pushes my phone to the limit and beyond.

Turning off particle effects alone would probably let my device keep up.

I would like this too, but I feel that it will be multiple ships you fight in a wave, without a stop.
So you battcle one of the event stages, after you beat the ship another zooms up immediately, no rest between battles.

Yes, Evergreen does watch this forum. This subforum was set up specifically as a place for them to interact with us. They don't see or respond to everything, but they do appear to keep tabs on a lot of it.

Hi what do you mean by 4 legendary cooldown modules?

Did you mean of the same type?

If so how did you do it?

I assume he's saying he's got 4 Missile Tube Auto-Loader on his ship.

As to how, only a handful of the component types are tagged as unique to prevent you from installing multiple copies of the same rarity. None of the normal cooldown modules are though, so if you've found or purchased 7 Missile Tube Auto-Loaders you could install them all simultaneously (in the CA).

That would be a sub-optimal configuration, your salvos would be tiny because the department wasn't upgrades. But the refresh time for the next salvo should be scarily short :D

cue massive facepalm.

doh!!!

I just assumed that legendary to normal components are also similarly restricted like the component upgrade speed components or the officer upgrade speed components.

I have been grinding a lot and I have sold so many legendary components because I "assumed" that there was a restriction.

Not to mention the metals and plasma and time I have sunk into upgrading all the components of very rare and below.

I'm gonna have to make a note in tne Saganami guide about this. I've actually won a lot of upgrade shunts and have only been able to use one. The same with hypervalent NAV processors. But yea the legendary components you can buy you can add multiples of so far in my game. I'm actually using four legendary 1400mm Alloys in my engineering.

Some thing else I would like to see is CLAC's and LAC's and PC's would also be nice. Maybe a daily mini game where you pilot an LAC using the devices tilt functions. Any way just dreaming!

Good idea.

Outside of the live event rewards there are only 5 component categories that have items tagged as unique.

1) The simultaneous upgrade components:
Upgrade Power Shunt, Upgrade Ventricle
2) The component upgrade-time reduction components: 1 for each of the 5 rarities
3) The officer upgrade-time reduction components: 1 for each of the 5 rarities
4) Increases max warp charges: Hypervalent Nav Processor
5) Multi-touch fire fighting: Fire Mitigation Manifold
