Actually we have RFC posting that NEATS are too noticeable for any normal 'uninformed' nannies, doctors, etc to see Ahlanah, and that problem would remain so until the inner circle had replaced all of them, which wouldn't happen for decades.
Perhaps in 20 years the first royal baby might thus receive their NEAT, which is when the final book arc will begin.
