I...posted...a...series...of...posts...in...the...wrong...thread. Should have gone in 'Plot twists that Won't happen.' Okay? Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |

Exactly. Now I know how Shannon felt. Except the demure, inncocent look doesn't seem to work for me. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. [quote="lyonheart"]Hi Cthia,
Snip In case you haven't noticed it, Stacy hasn't had one line of dialog in the whole series; all references to her have been second hand. Snip I seem to remember a scene in HAE where Stacey is in the swimming pool and has a conversation with her father, and from the same book she tells him off when Honor lures the peeps away from the passenger liner. Are we talking about the Stacy Hauptman who said 'She's going to die for you, Daddy' or some other Stacy Hauptman? George seems to remember it too.
Cheers John

Are you thinking of Stacy's very first mention in the series where she starts talking about two paragraphs after her existence is revealed? .
. . Answers! I got lots of answers! (Now if I could just find the right questions.) |

Guys, guys... give Lyonheart some slack. He's right after all: Stacy *doesn't have one line in the series - she has several.

Not until he acknowledges my point that it's possible to be attracted to men and women at the same time. That wasn't cool. ~*~

Hi RoseandHeather,
My apologies if you thought I was knocking bisexuals, but we have no textev that either is bi, and quite a bit that Mike is very hetero. While that doesn't mean anything to some bi, who among other things claim we're all bisexual at some point, I believe most hetero would disagree. Regarding forgetting Stacy's 2 dialogues with her dad in HAE, mea culpa; but we haven't had any since, so it's been 17 years. L
Any snippet or post from RFC is good if not great!

In case you haven't noticed from reading my posts my parents taught their kids to think for themselves. If my friends jump off a bridge, I won't. Unless I want to. If other posters complain there's too many characters, I won't, just because they do, unless I think there's too many as well and feel like I have a right to complain. I don't. I don't. So, this is a 'wish list' thread, and my wish is more Stacy. Use your wishes how you may, but please...don't try and be the milk in my cornflakes. K? Stace even has a new column. An unfriendly takeover, so that perhaps some 'good' press for a change. I even suggested a name for it (SHUGAR), Stacy Hauptman's Untainted Greetings And Ramblings. So why can't I want Stacy to 'pour some shugar on me?' If anything, I'd expect RFC to be incited by people complaining he has too many characters, than from a reader who likes one of his characters so much he wants more. JMO And the Wishmaster, Rose, has given us more than three wishes. Sweet Summer Child! Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |
