Breslau Sector locked missions Question

This seems like a silly question but I wanted to check:
I have played through the missions that were lock and now am left with the yellow circle around them with breaks in the circles at the sides and a ! in the middle. Does this denote that it is complete?

Hi Oakius,
Those are side quests that you can play through if you've unlocked them. They are not something that you're required to play, they're just there for an extra challenge.

There is a known bug in sectors 6 and 7 where the side quests are unlocking and then relocking. We have that fixed and it will roll out with the next update.

I did know that, and I unlocked them fine, I jusy wanted to be sure when it said the ! in the cirlce that it was completed to the fullest extent

Yes, that is the case.

Unless you exceed the requirement for that unlock and then it re-locks...

Has this been resolved? I just started playing the game on Android (Galaxy Note 8), and the Breslau locked missions remained locked, no matter how many times I run through the random encounters and find the access codes/diplomat.

Since you're around, quick question- is the intent in the Breslau sector to unlock an actual 'old Manticoran outpost' complete with purchaseable items following that optional mission, or is it merely a new and interesting encounter?

If it is supposed to unlock a new outpost, the yellow circle disappears and is replaced by the yellow (!) regardless of whether the mission is attempted if you quit the game before going there.

I'm not sure what the intent is, so I don't know if that's a bug or feature.

Excellent question. I found the diplomat and the codes, but the yellow side quest just has me fight the same ship each time with no dialogue or event after beating it.

This has been mentioned on the Tales of Honor Forums and I believe they are considering adding additional text to those stories.
