From: Commodore Oakius, CO HMS Dauntless (HMAMC Magellan) To: Admiral of the Green Sir Frederick Ormskirk, Sixth Space Lord Re: Tadeing of Metal and Plasma Sir, Greatings from Talbot, I noticed that they is no trade areas to trade metal for plasma and plasma for metal. Was their a specific reason this was excluded from the outposts? I was thinking that it would make sense to add it to the outposts as a 3-1 or 4-1 trade ratio. This way its not just an easy 1-1, and it cost you to make the trade, thus the profit margin for the traders, but you would still be able to do it. The reason I bring it up, sir, is that I have way more and better metal producers on my bridge then plasma. As a consequence I have alomst 500,000 metal and 10,000 plasma, and I need plasma for upgrades. If there was a reason it was excluded well and good, and I'd be curious to know the reason, but if not, could you consider adding it? Thank you for you time and consideration, sir, Yr Mst Hmbl & Obdt Svt, Commodore Oakius |

Commodore Adrian, CO HMS Dauntless (HMAMC Magellan) To: Admiral of the Green Sir Frederick Ormskirk, Sixth Space Lord Re: Tadeing Sir, Greetings from Talbot, Having "accidentally" received a message form Commodore Oakius, I ask you to implement His ideas as quickly as possible. Also it would be helpful if the ship captain had an option to sell unwanted or unused missiles to the "friendly" depots(maybe 1/4 of their cost). The minerals /plasma received for them would be used to make the ship more useful in Her Majesty Service. Thank you for you time and consideration, sir, Yr Mst Hmbl & Obdt Svt, Commodore Adrian PS: Sorry for using Cmd Oakius letter style, but Im really bad with official looking writing, and His/Her was really interesting. |

Its actually a really good joke that makes sense for us, and keeps problems light hearted but serious.
I like the idea. `
