I really like Collateral. And not because of the guy driving the taxi.

It almost certainly won't happen, but if Patrick Stewart were to make an appearance, it might be interesting.

Who would you cast him as, if you could cast him as anyone in any book?

I first thought Mark Sarnow, and then Protector Benjamin

Then I thought that it might be interesting to see him in a less benevolent role, and imagined him as either Oscar Saint-Just or Rob Pierre, depending on how 'less benevolent' one wanted to go.

And finally, I thought he might make a good Admiral Parnell

Patrick Stewart eh? Well, you'd have to send him to make-up first. There they'll give him what he needs...

A cigar...and voila...Lester Tourville.

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

I like Jason as well, but he's too old for Cachat. Everybody always comments about how young and naive he is, especially in From the Highlands and Fanatic (not to mention, any time Ginny talks to or about him). If Jason were 20 years younger, then yeah, I could see it.

Oops. Really didn't consider his age. And wasn't aware he was old. I thought the receding hairline was simply hereditary. Thanks for pointing that out Maxx.

Casting ImPerrrrfection. :D

Actually, I like the thought of him as Parnell, but I'm not sure how big a role Parnell will have in the movies, and he probably won't have any role in HotQ.

How about Admiral Courvoisier?

OTOH, he'd make a pretty decent Anton Zilwicki. He's good with kids, if Safe is any indication, and he'd need to act against the younger Helen in the scene where his wife sacrifices herself (if that scene ever makes it to film), as well as the slightly older one depicted in From the Highlands.

Please give me Claire Forlani. Find a spot for her. Somewhere!
Perhaps one of Benjamin's wives. The beautiful, smart one. :D

Keira Knightly as an older Rachel Mayhew or Abigail Hearns.

Did anyone nominate Lucy Liu as Allison?

I still think Alice Truman is one of the most underrated officers in the RMN. And I can't wait to see her luxurious, golden blonde hair and lovely blue eyes. Ain't she a beaute?!

I have just been disarmed.

I would like to propose Katee Sackhoff as Sergeant Major Iris Babcock, but I haven't been able to visualize anyone as Horace Harkness!
