Would like to see "Charles" again, and find out some more about him (Does he work for an organisation or is he just freelance?)

A look in the Endicott system and the effects of the occupation, does Manticore Intelligence finally locate the council of elders?

The Republic of Erewhon and some of Manticores' black operations to keep Haven out (our two favourite CIT members from "Lets go to Prague" maybe)

Admiral Mark Sarnow's actions in ex-SC.

Maybe a short story about the Andies Intelligence operations in Manticore?

And finally, what about "Priates Bane" and how the SEM is affecting them?

I'd like to see an info dump of everyday non-military applications of Honorverse technology. Cell phones. Toys. Amusement rides must be helluva experiences...the latest being "The Escape from Cerberrus" rollercoaster. Or would that be an airocoaster?

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

My wishlist, in no particular order:

More Terekhov. Must have more Aivers. Personal fantasy drops him into orbit around Sol for a "visit."
Alternate: The Mandarins are inducted into a small and secretive club- "Hey, look, Victor's improvising!!!"

Turncoat Mesan provides the secret for fixing the non-regen gene, further research by the Dr's Harrington provide a way to for treecats to regenerate. Emily and Nimitz returned to full health. (more on that later.)

The Erewhon schism with the GA is fully repaired as Manticore provides more tech for them and Maya.

Hemphill and Miss "Oops!" get along famously (even if not as intimately as Rose would like ;) ) and create a next-generation Ghostrider braintrust.

Torch provides the troops for the Mesan occupation, which does NOT turn into a bloodbath, and paves the way for Torch to become a truly legitimate polity.

More of Her Mousety, cause reasons.
Also, more Hugh.

Elisabeth finally comes to terms with her father's assassination.

Mike Henke is recalled to Manticore so Her Majesty can finally open up her "toybox" for her. (at least for the first time since it held actual toys...)

Intel comes in with the location of the MA's current hidey-hole, but time pressure means that Honor must move NOW, with a scratch fleet of GA/Haven ships.

Honor is granted one last wish, and the Detweilers know who is killing them.

It is her last wish, and she goes out as she came in, with Hammerwell ringing, her ship(s) burning down around her, and chaos reining, while she does what she does best, putting herself between the defenseless and those who would do them harm.

I would like to see more of Scotty and Harkness. We really haven't seen much of them recently. Especially since Scotty's new command at the time of Mission of Honor a Saganami C by the name of HMS Alistair McKeon. It would be interesting to see what kind of mayhem they could cause the SLN.

And now I come across a reference in CoG. I had to research it.
Parmley Station.

Modeled after ancient Earth amusement parks like Disneyland and Coney Island, it was originally built by Michael Parmley, but had little financial success, and his descendants ended up stranded there in poverty for several generations.[1] The only entertainment seeking visitors were a few gas miners. The empty station was partially seized by freelance slavers for transshipment purposes. The slavers also established some kind of truce with the Butre Clan, the remaining descendants of Parmley led by Elfride Margarete Butre, Parmley's wife.

Apparently I was right. The rides capable in space, frightens the heebie jeebies outta ya!

.
edit: spelling.

While I've got religion on my mind, it sure would be nice to know the religion, of at least the key players. Emily for one. Perhaps I missed it, but I'd sure like to know Emily's beliefs. I know that she has strong beliefs. She must, to make it through all the diversity launched at her. The accident. Her mother. Hamish and Honor. Honor's pregnancy. The press. Darn, that woman has a very used Holy Bible for sure!

I'd also like to know about early on childhood sweethearts of many of the main characters. No one ever bumps into an ex-gf or lover from long ago.

Or, she could be a strong willed, intelligent, atheist. That never cross your mind?

Atheist never crossed my mind. Not for Emily.
Strong willed...for certain!

Emily and Hamish were married as Second Reform Catholics and required the intervention of Bishop Telmachi(sp) to modify there marriage vows to add Honor.

Whether that represents their actual faith or not, I can't say, but it seems probable.

Thanks Harold. Now that you mention it, I remember. It didn't ring a bell. Thanks for ringing my bell for me. :D
