I know that Kynt Clareyk (Clark Kent) and Nahrmahn Baytz (Norman Bates) are fun to discover in the Safehold series. But does anyone know if Mr. Weber has a specific Name Generator? And has anyone found any others?

Welcome to the forums treeman. First virtual drinkls on us. Hope you have fun around here.
As for names, RFC tends to use names from history, names of people from this forum who have intrigued or annoyed him enough, a regular occuring name, Joe Buckley (long story), and names he thinks approriate. He might have a name generator, but he probably doesnt need it, considering the amount of names he has in his books that can be easily found to link to one of the above lists.

I found a couple:
Graim Kyr-(the grand nephew) Graham Kerr (very long ago)had a TV show titled: The Galloping Gourmet When last seen, the grand nephew had ridden off to the supply center to harass those folks about the grand uncle's wine selection. Harysyn- The temple's code name for Capt Trai Sahlavahn, he who blew up the powder mill in book two. Harrison was also the name of Confederate General James Longstreet's most valued spy during the ACW. (Or is that The War of Northern Aggression?) (Appears in The Killer Angels- an outstanding book by the way) Francys Kaise- Author of the Siddermarkian martial tune- The Stand at Kharmych Crossing Francis Scott Key wrote The Star Spangled Banner |

No, it is The War For Slaveholders' Privileges!
(The Slaveholders lost the war, and many of their privileges, but that doesn't change the name.) HTM, Pointy-Headed Liberal
