I doubt it since there isn't multiplayer in this game.

I wasn't tracking that it was 100% single player.

Multiplayer (team or competitive), or at least leaderboards, is on my Christmas wish list. So is maneuvering. Given the effort those will require (and Evergreen says not anytime soon), I'm not holding my breath. I do hope they implement multiple logins / player names, so I can at least go back and play it again.

Found a bug in the metal & plasma synthesizers ... Have over 1M each, after spending madly on upgrades. Somehow I think I'll get reset when it's fixed.

You're right, but it wouldn't surprise me given the infinite resource bug. They said that it should be squished in v 1.2, so maybe then there'll be a Grand Reset.

Has there been any talk of a short range multiplayer team similar to what Ninentendo used to do with their Pokemon games? You used to be able to trade creatures and sometimes play tag matches like that. I say short because you needed a cord for that to work. Maybe here you could set up something similiar via LAN and make everything passworded and limited to 2-3 people per team?

There aren't any plans to reset anything when the game launches everywhere else tomorrow, we're just making it available Worldwide for all (1.1 will be default for everyone).

In terms of Multiplayer - LIVE EVENTS will be present in 1.3 ; not strictly multiplayer per se but challenges that will be ranked.

I read the 1.1 update should be live, but I'm not seeing it. Has anyone else gotten the update?

I've had 1.1 for a couple of days now.

Now, bare in mind I was stuck at mission 30 for a while, waiting for the update, so had plenty of time to sit and farm/upgrade/gather resources.

I'm at mission 37 in the Manassas Sector. None of the missions have been particularly challenging. I don't think I've even been beat up enough to need to put out any fires! The only reason I have not moved forward to the next sector is I'm still trying to unlock some side missions.

Still locked -
Mission where unlock clue is 'Win more battles against Manpower Inc.'
Station where unlock clue is 'Weaken Manpower's presence in the sector.' NOTE: This station did unlock for me briefly yesterday, then locked again. I do not know if either of these was a bug or by design.

Between station bought upgrades and loot drops, I'll be keeping my engineers busy for days, if not longer. My officers are currently training to level 13.

You can buy level 4 power boosters in this sector.

I have gotten 1 orange drop (laser repair speed), and two purple drops (one only had a green component, the other had two purple training speed boosters)

Issues:
I've had the box is a higher color than the loot (for example, purple box, green loot)
Some of the mission text is longer than the conversation box can hold, so is cut off.
Some of the mission text seems rushed and not checked for spelling/grammar - but I did not make notes on which ones.
Power drain continues to be high, with a side effect of the phone getting hot after prolonged use.

This is running on an iPhone with iOS 7.1.

This is the sector where you get upgraded from the light cruiser to a heavy cruiser grade q-ship. The max level of your departments becomes 10 across the board, and some (but not all) compartments gain another component pad.

Missile batteries becomes 3 - if at some point in the future we grow ship class again, they will have to either re-arrange the GUI or start layering the missile control buttons.

I submitted a bug report for that over the weekend. It's operating as intended. Only the Marketplace cargo pods are guaranteed to drop loot of the same color. I suggested changing the Marketplace ones to Quartermaster Pods or Requisition Pods to avoid confusion.

Realized yesterday that you can slide your finger across the middle launch buttons to stack broadsides, rather than tap each one quickly in succession.
