Forget Honor, I want to know what Estelle's nightwear looks like!!
And which one is edible...the sleepwear! ;)

As far as Estelle is concerned, I can vouch for the fact that it's not just the sleepwear that's edible...

 ...did I say that out loud??

Oh my :o , where's the soap for that potty mouth?
Grandma, it wasn't me this time. Honest. It was rose!

I sure hope the movie takes a little...artistic license, shall we say. :D

I know we all like to jab namelessfly in the ribs over the shower scenes... but what I wouldn't give to see Estelle Matsuko in the shower!! Preferably minus strategically placed soap bubbles... but I suppose that's what my imagination is for. :P

In non-"Rose is really into Estelle but you all knew that by now" news, I'd really like to know what we're going to see of the Talbott Quadrant from here on out. With Michelle Henke and Tenth Fleet playing "let's screw the evil people over" on Mesa, is the Quadrant still going to be important/a field of play?

...and more importantly, will we still get to visit Estelle and Augustus Khumalo from time to time?

Personally I'd love to know what kind of designs Shannon Foraker had come up for the next generation of Haven's ships below the wall, the counterpart of Manticores Rolands, Nikes and Sanagamis. After what she did with RHN podlayers and LAC's she did not have any ideas for new light ships.

As I was re-reading EoH I wondered why Manticore never formally requested the return of Honor's body from the PRH. I know such exchanges are done between warring nations and it seems weird to me that Manticore wouldn't request Honor's body for burial. I know the Peeps would've refused since there was no execution and hence no body but Duke Cromarty's thoughts make it clear that they didn't expect to get Honor's body back even if they won the war. I just thought it was strange that it seemed to be a foregone conclusion that they couldn't get Honor's body back and so they didn't even try.

Just my opinion, but I think it'll be a bit of a back story now--with Mike having taken over the Meyers Sector, there is now some 'depth' in the defense of Talbott, in that Sollie raiders can't stage out of Meyers or MacIntosh or any other SL system adjacent to Talbott--which increases the length of time to deploy there and the wear and tear on their impellers and time that they can remain on station.

Oh, there will be some mentions and news, but I think the story will follow Mike and 10th Fleets' actions more than the nation-building that Khumalo and Estelle are working on.

Sorry rose...maybe I'm wrong (nah, I'm correct.. 8-) ;) :D )

I suspect it was because both the Cromarty government and Benjamin Mayhew knew that there was no way that the Committee would ever return her body, and that to even ask would be to hand a propaganda coup the Cordelia Ransom (who, as far as they knew, was still alive and kicking).

Remember, Honor wasn't treated as a PoW; the Ransom revived the Legislaturalist-era conviction in absentia for 'murdering the crew of an unarmed merchantman' at Basilisk back in OBS. As such, Honor wouldn't be covered any interstellar conventions concerning the repatriation of deceased PoWs (if such conventions existed), and can you imagine how Ransom would have run with the story of the 'elitist, imperialist monarchies of the so-called Manticoran Alliance begging for the return of the body of the convicted murderer and war criminal Butcher Harrington'?

One scene. That's all I ask. Just one scene where Augustus is reading dispatches while curled up in bed next to Estelle. One scene and I'm good. (The 'how' and 'why' of them getting together can be saved for a short story, after all. )

I'd like to know the proper spelling of Eloise's last name. On the internet it is Pritchart and Pritchard. In past books it is Pritchard. In CoG it is both Pritchart and Pritchard, just a few pages apart.
