I do not pay attention very often, but is it just me or did the mysterious ranks by people's names change downward at some point recently?

Ranks are based on postcount, and the number of posts necessary to reach a certain rank has been increased recently, so that in order to reach the flag ranks, you have to be rather more prolific.

I updated the ranks to be less gratuitous at the flag rank level. Specifically, I wanted Admiral and Fleet Admiral to be more of a reward for long term posters. Commander through Captain of the List also got a relatively slight bump.
