This represents the problem with some of the posters in the threads. They are so hell bent on adhering to the letter-of-technicality that they miss the forest for the trees.
It's as if Honor once caught them dead to rights without having that course precomputed and laid in and swore...in the spirit of the immortal Scarlet...

In an earlier post I quoted Khan's final words as emphasis to how I felt towards the Honorable Delegates. Khan's words were so appropos. It is how Ricardo Montalban spoke those words (and the issues surrounding why he spoke them) that stand out.
