"Samantha could still "hear" and taste Nimitz's emotions...but that was all she could hear" The quote is from chapter 3 of Ashes of Victory

Greentea wrote:Nimitz can still hear his fellow treecats, so Samantha can still hear him. His problem is that while he can hear others, they can't hear him. His transmitter is broken, not his receiver. He is now mute to his fellow treecats. His mindvoice has been silenced, but he can still hear and understand other.

So Samantha can actually hear Nimitz, or just sense his emotions?

I'm unsure.

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

Oops, thanks for warning. Never sure about what constitutes fanfic sometimes.

Can we no longer delete posts?

It's okay (and a fantastic link).

Apparently we can't delete any more, but we can still edit.

Thanks.
Something else my niece stumbled upon.
Am I the only one that wasn't aware of this?

Actress Claudia Christian, who plays Susan Ivanova on Babylon 5, has been suggested as a potential candidate; Weber says "She’s much shorter than Honor, but so are most women, and I think she could handle the physicality... I think it’s more important to have someone who can portray Honor’s character and command style than it is to have someone who is six feet two inches tall." Weber's concern is that the director would push Christian to re-create Ivanova's character while playing Honor and "Ivanova’s command style is totally different from Honor’s."[6]

I'm still reeling from the shock of it.
My niece texted me 3:03 this morn with it.
Apparently she couldn't sleep and got up for a snack, turned on her comp and her cat traipsed across her keyboard and somehow she ended up on this site.

For reference it came from:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honor_Harrington
Then click on [Honor Harrington in other media]
