Oh, god! I love that series. Pity that due to CGI production problems that two of the twelve episodes were just fillers. I really hope there's a second season, but I doubt it'll happen.

There's just something smile-inducing about teen and pre-teen girls battling others just like them in accurate WWII-era tanks as a school sport.

And that AMV was awesome!

Watched a classic 80's movie: Manhunter

Filmed by Michael Mann and based on the Thomas Harris novel "Red Dragon", it has a very creepy and atmospheric soundtrack. Since I doubt you can get the soundtrack anymore, you can look up Manhunter on Youtube and listen to the tracks there....

Unfortunately, there's no video for that particular song, so I put up one of their others, just to show that I'm *not* making up the band name.

This particular video was taken at their last performance at MadLab, a small theater group that my sister belongs to. They're a local band that later changed their name to Blackcat Revival. All told, I think they have four CDs out.

They have a great (as in hilarious, anti-establishment) middle section of the song starting at around 2:47. Oh, and they're from Columbus, Ohio, just like me. The song and album are from 1978.
