Because, unlike yours truly, you probably don't spend half your waking moments racking your brain for possibilities regarding sex romances for Honorverse characters you love. It really does, though. We know they worked really closely together in the Protector's Own, but now that Mercedes is back in the RMN, there isn't a pesky Article 119 in their way. All the fertilizer's there! ~*~

I don't know if I want to think about any of the Housemans (or Youngs) procreating... *~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*

Being single won't necessarily stop them from procreating. If nothing else, they could have themselves a clone child. Off to the plot twists thread... |

I'm still maintaining the conspiracy theory that the Housemans are actually a Mesan alpha line buried in Manticoran high society to try and weaken it with excessive liberalism.

If Houseman is a Mesan agent, my money would be on a failed "gamma line", one that didn't make the cut. Left ignorant and just abandoned in place to cause as much damage as possible. I have similar suspicions about Gerald Younger of Haven. ----------------- "That's not an argument; that's just contradiction!" "No it 'tisn't!" |

You guys.
We have completely ignored a vital question. Who's Lester Tourville going to fall in love with?? ~*~

Umm, I know this isn't going to be popular, but I initially thought he and Shannon would have a go at it when Honor was a prisoner during that entire sordid Cordelia Ransom episode. I just thought he and Shannon shared a very strong bond. It sealed it for me when he helped Shannon out by hiding the fact that she'd helped the prisoners escape. But that was then. Now I think Cupid really oughta' consider Tourville and Henke. Well I did warn it wouldn't be popular didn't I? Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |
