There are two characters whom me heart just pitter patters with little tiny feet. They should get married and have babies--tiny little female Dresdeners with their father's flaming red hair and the beautiful blue eyes of mommy.

Gwen Archer loves Helga Boltitz loves Gwen Archer.

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

You know who I love?

The Victorias.

I mean, Victoria Saunders!! And that adorable, sweet, heartbreakingly beautiful moment when she realises that she's actually proud of her Admiral as they take off for Monica:

[HMS] Hercules certainly looked impressive as [the squadron's] flagship. Unless, of course, one knew all of the old ship's manifold weaknesses as well as [Victoria] Saunders did.

But she's still a damned superdreadnought, Khumalo's flag captain told herself. And we're still the Queen's Navy. And I will be damned if Augustus Khumalo hasn't actually remembered that.

I just -- DARLING.

And then Victoria Armstrong, gently giving Michelle Henke a way out if she wanted to shift her flag to a more senior captain... and Michelle is like, "No bloody way."

I love them.

I'd love to say that you are an incurable romantic.
But you're more than that...
You're simply...incurable.

Ok confession time.

I am anal.
I am retentive.

I refuse to marry the two so someone please help me with the names of the woman on Masada that faked illiteracy yet studied ship designs and led the revolt.

And the senior wife whom sacrificed herself.

I love all of them!

I love them lots like jelly tots!

Dinah, though she did actually live through the heart attack she suffered at the end of the escape - thanks to Midshipman Winton's care.
