Mange, <Blood, sweat, and tears?>

"No he uses a a simulator."

<Oh my God! Eric Flint is robbing Star Trek the Second Generation's holodeck and calling it a simulator!>

"Read Cauldron of Ghosts - Snippet 12."

Every time I see this picture, specially when it is "blown up", I think Nimitz is blue because he is using his tail to tap into a high energy power supply.

That's reVolting.
I take it you're resistant to the idea?
What was your first response, "Ohm my god?"

We could politicize these jokes and convert them to DC, because there's no more charged a place than the District of Coulomb-ia. It's someplace to keep your ion.

Oh my. A contender for "Worst Pun in the Honorverse." I can honestly say that I hope none defeat you in the quest for that title. How horrifying it would be. Eugggghhh...

One measly charged particle opened the gate that that released the torrent of current that precipitated the ionizing discharge that grounded the circuit and fried the circuitry.

Now, that explains the aberrancy in my mental processes. So? What is with the rest of you guys (and gals)? :? :? :?

Chief, "Why can't you drink General Thandi Palane, commander of Torch’s armed forces, under the table?"

Mange, <She's got a hollow leg?>

"Kind of, 'with her metabolism and constitution, getting drunk was a lot easier said than done. She’d only managed to do it twice in her life,' Cauldron of Ghosts. "

<No doubt one of them was when Namelessfly tried to get her drunk enough to take a shower for him.>
