A Breathless Hush falls upon the audience- Will it be 9 days- 10 days- or (gasp) 11 days??? O' the horror....

(And we got snowed on big time and colded on and can't leave our homes tomorrow. (So say the authorities))

If you read the Honorverse books in addition to the Safehold series, then you could get a fix from the "Cauldron of Ghosts" snippets which just started. In fact, a new one was posted in the snippets forum earlier tonight.

Buy the Baen eBook monthly bundle and you can have half of Cauldron on the 15th!

My most favorite topic
:D
Because- --eventually, we get a snippet.

Anyway, any thoughts on whether we want a snip that continues where we are -

OR do we want one that sheds new light on the "book review" spoilers-
(Not that WE have any real say in the matter)

just askin'....

OMG today's date is 8 higher than the date of the last snippet. Is there a way to measure nervous tension or the anticipation of a diverse, distributed group without using electricity?

There are ways to measure tension in objects mechanically. I am not sure if the American Medical Association would approve their use on the various individuals here that are having trouble awaiting their next snippet fix. :P

Oddly, I don't have any "nervous tension" until TEN days have passed...and then some.

Guys ---

I am busy impersonating a one-armed paperhanger while getting ready to head down to Atlanta Tuesday for Sharon's surgery, which will probably have me off the grid for at least a week or so except for emergency matters. I will be having a phone or tele conference with the Evergreen team before I disappear, however, and Scott Kroopf has confirmed that they will be setting up an Evergreen Connection here on the forums. :D

So it might be another two weeks until the next snippet.

Was the surgery a few days ago or is it next Tuesday? Our concerns are trivial in comparison to the the Webers' situation?
