Corisande is heading that way, as well, assuming that the political and marital plans set afoot in MT&T prosper (and Hektor doesn't die, of course  ). I would submit that since the ex-countries you listed can all expect to be burned to the ground and plowed with salt for having willingly joined the Charisian Empire if the Go4 wins the war, their populations are --- by and large --- about as "all in" as it gets.

So we have hints Hector has a 'mortal wound' IE dies, but may not die of it. Nor will we find out until the book arrives. My guess is he makes it what's yours?

I don't think there are enough options for me to Vote - This requires an "Other" selection!

Come on, stick your neck out already. The poll assumes any ambiguity in what actually happens will be closer to one of the existing options. Pick one.

It depends upon RFC who will almost certainly not reveal before a day in early February 2014. May as well vote upon the weather, does as much good.

Remember, RFC is EVIL and it appears we like it that way!

Mortally wounded means dead, or dying, it could be that he lingers for a while but he will die.

Unless RFC decides he shouldn't, then mortally wounded means he needed some time in a hospital. I have however voted dies.

I will stick my neck out . . . .

In the post explosion (hissing sound may have been a fizzed grenade or something) a severely (mortally wounded) and perhaps dead Hector is not a priority with Securityat the moment as the unconcious Iris or other injured persons.

Merlin is there as somebody and takes the body of Hector to the cave to the regeneration equipment & ship's doctor. He may not be the Hector we know when he returns and until further erronious speculation is spewed, the poor masses sit awaiting that Cat's Book.

Perhaps he is regenerated with some capability for direct Owl interaction.

Cat Book Box syndrom (CBB).

Mortally wounded means he needs a miracle cure.
And we have MWW and Nimue to provide one.
