I love Starfire novels- Insurrection is the best (especially the one with the additional material), but I do like Shiva Option and In Death Ground- Bugs!

I know he will never write another one, and the 'sequels' to me are less than entertaining, so we can only hypothesize about scenarios and back story ourselves.

I would love to see more about the Bug 'bolt hole' colony graft, and more details about the Star Union's fight, with a bit more about their different races.

Your question makes me wonder if there is room for fans to write well developed short stories on these "unfinished" stories we love so much.
