Hi Lelder,
Please feel welcome, and enjoy your favorite simulated beverage on the simulated forum.
Duke Solomon, Nahrmahn's uncle, is apparently a pretty good general, so we might see his last campaign in Chisholm next year, which could be quite impressive.
If you check LaMA, you'll note EHM's almost 12,000 casualties included soldiers from Tarot, Charis, and Emerald besides Chisholm in February's chapter 8.
Others have noted the many volunteers from Zebediah, which are being well trained in Maikelberg.
Unfortunately the total population of the Raven Lords is only 123,000, so the likely maximum number available would be 12-15,000 if it were an industrialized society; since it certainly isn't the more likely figure is something closer to 3-6,000, and even then their loss could be a near mortal blow to their people, as Australia's and New Zealand's sensitivity to casualties in WW2 demonstrates.
So a special rear area group of 2-3,000 specializing in arctic transport might be as far as the Raven Lords might go.
Corisande's forces which are being integrated into the ICA/N will require some considerable tactical training given all the various tactical revolutions since 893.
Earl Windshare and his cavalry, if he hasn't adopted the ICA's dragoon approach, might do better in Chisholm than Haven against the Go4's armies with even faster firing rifles than BGV's.
General Gahrvai is a very smart officer, so it might not take too long to bring him up to speed, but who's going to do it since all the best smart ones are already in East Haven?
The Corisandan's military experience the last 4 years has been internal occupation, so their most immediate use soon might be in Silkiah or Dohlar, given their tropical locations as winter is in earnest northward.

They have had time to get some of the new equipment and train. The folks from Emerald have a bone to pick and getting them in on the liberation of a few concentration camps may show them whats in their future if they try to set this one out. Chermayn has been princing (not sure that is a verb in English) for a while and though he probably can not provide a cold weather regiment, he probably could provide some well trained and nasty jungle fighters by opening the jails and turning them over to the scout-snipers.
The folks north of Chisholm could send some folks, eager to learn cold weathe tactics and get their hands on some new gear, also seeing the concentration camps in winter and helping the victums would be a good thing.
I do not think the folks from Corisant are ready yet but they could provide some special troops and help with logistics. Torot is probably a little shaky but providing merchant shipping under the empire's guns might be a good thing to get them involved and see some concentration camp folks
