What's the appropriate time?

I just finished HFQ, and found it to be an enjoyable read.

For those of you who have not yet obtained your copies, this isn't a gloat. Rather, it's a request for input.

I have several comments I'd like to make, or rather, potential posts in the forum. What I'm not sure about is when the appropriate time would be.

The earliest would be tomorrow, the official release date - but from what I've read, some of you won't get your copies for a few days or even longer.

As I've said, your thoughts would be appreciated.

If you mark the post with a spoiler warning (or the thread - if starting a new one with spoilers in it) and adequate space to warn off those who don't want to see it until they have a real copy in their possession, then you can post immediately without offence. Things should continue this way until at least 30 days after publication date (or after Nov 12, 2015). After that date spoiler warnings are no longer required because those who waited for their own copy should have it and have read it by then. Some of us, as has been noted in other postings, are so anxious to get any word on contents and opinions of characters and their actions, that we would welcome receiving the posts ASAP. The spoiler warning is a courtesy to the significant few who don't feel that way.

Post away. Just include spoiler warnings in the thread title. And maybe also at the start of the post. With spoiler warnings in place, the forum members who haven't gotten their copies and who wish to read it first will know to avoid the thread. And everybody else can join in.
