So, I guess I wonder what our schedule for snips is.
Are we supposed to be on 14 plus, or 10 plus?

Last time we were wondering, McGuiness changed his tag line- and that got us a snip.
Come on Mac, step up here- get us another snippit!!

At the moment, it's 14+ until further notice. If we think that way, at least our surprises should be pleasant ones.

Hate to burst your bubble, but RFC has now started snippetting the new Multiverse book, Road to Hell, so he is still snippetting two books.

Thanks for the tip. I haven't checked that forum in awhile so I didn't know. Which means I have new snippets to read. :D

I am a little more direct than most. The publisher seems to be incompetent at the best of judgements. Surely RFC can exceed that level in his postings!

No due to his wife's illness RFC missed dead lines and the spot reserved for the book was given to another manuscript in hand. RFC has had a bad couple of years, and perhaps too many irons in the fire. Family must come first even for workaholic like RFC.

Say prayer for stability in his life and health for his family, couldn't hurt.

Amen. And I say Amen. Snippets are a matter of courtesy, not entitlement.

Well, we got #24 at 23:29 USA EST and a rather unnerving explanation of RFC's new heart problem! :o

As many of us Ol' Farts know, a low heart rate in the 40s and 50s is considered good but below 40 is a bad indicator but, we can hope, a transient and temporary one.

Well, I have not heard how things are post-pacemaker but having 2 members of my immediate family with them, I know that normally it is not a big-deal procedure. That being said, I'm wondering if we can persuade RFC to make it a MERRY MAY with just one more snippet.

Please ... ;)

My late father-in-law passed as a result of a stroke caused by a clot during a pacemaker replacement operation in 2002. I am just happy that our favorite word pusher is getting the medical treatment he needs. Even if we don't get another snippet over the next several months that is OK with me as long as everything is going well in the Weber household. (As a selfish individual that means eventually I will have more books to read.) ;)
