Isn't the Safehold series published by Tor?

Still, RFC is still primarily a Baen author.

The russian equivalent would be Yuri Michailovich Semecky. ;)

Interestingly, Joe Buckley is the first entry in the literature section of Designated Victim while the aforementioned Yuri Michailovich Semetsky is the second...

Zhosyph Bycklyh could be a corrupt vicar in Zion who gets drowned in a vat of wine by a couple of Nynian's Assassins. ( George Duke of Clarence who was Richard the Third's brother died this way. He was drowned in a vat of Malmsey. Malmsey is a sweet wine.)

David Eddings used that method to remove an idiot king in the Tamuli series.

"Mistress Bycklyh, your husband fell into a vat of wine and drowned." said Zhosyph's co-worker

"Couldn't you have pulled him out?" asked Misstress Bycklyh

"We did, 3 times, but he kept climbing back in!"

Hi Keith_W

Thanks for making me smile at the old joke.

The last time RFC killed him, he was a good guy, IIRC.

Will RFC continue that tradition?

Any snippet or post from RFC is good if not great!
