Chocolate -coca would have to be propagated initially to be usable and if you are bringing specific plants you are probably going to need to bring the insects and bacteria etc that they need.
It's tropical but there would be no way to know if some of the local insect analogs would be drawn to pollinate if. Of course this automatically brings the question of what- if any- of the Safehold plants are going to be interesting to Terran insects. You also need to bring along the instructions for growing and then processing coca into chocolate since you can't figure that people who have no memory of chocolate will have any idea of how to harvest and convert coco to chocolate.
Adds a massive layer of what you need to bring along in terraforming.
