No! I'm _not_ saying begin at the back of the book and read right to left.
Start with LAMA and go through the books in reverse order. Did this inadvertently a few months ago [had to go through LAMA looking for something or other, then immediately did the same with MT&T. said 'what the heck!' and kept on going in the same direction] It's fun just how much of the set-up comes out of the woodwork when the consequences are fresh in your mind.
