FYI: I did an early purchase of the Hardback HFQ when it was announced. Last month I found that because I already had HFQ HB on order, I could get the Kindle version for only $2.00 more and I'm hoping for receipt of this at 00:01 10/13/15! I'll be checking! 8-)


Estimated price at Minotaur in Melbourne - $A50.00 - unless our dollar continues to slide against the greenback. I have paid a deposit and I'm counting down the days.

Amazon.de says EUR 14.99 for the Kindle and EUR 21.95 for the Hardcover.
The publication date is interesting: Kindle ed. on Oct 13; but the HC will be published on Oct 12(!) - here's the source for that.
