Harchong (Army) Rank Structure?

Don't recall seeing it defined anywhere, and the issue keeps popping up in my mind...

Captain of Foot?
Captain of Horse?
Captain of Bows?

And all the others...

The ICA rank structure makes sense to me. The Harchongian one just doesn't.

I don't recall seeing the rank structure documented anywhere in TEXTEV, infodumps, or forum posts. Is it? It would be helpful (to me at least) if I could understand that a "Captain of Foot" was equivalent to a (insert ICA equivalent here)...
