It would be unlike RFC to simply abandon those for part 3 and turn it into what he sometimes calls 'war porn'.
As the Safehold series themes echo the ones in the Dahak series (of course much better done and being considerably more mature sf than the Dahak books which are fun but pulp sf to a large extent), I would say that we are guaranteed that the Gbaba solution will be more complex than genocide
