Sorry, but not only is Clyntahn smart enough not to throw useful tools to the wolves - after all, he thinks that's why Duchairn and Magwair are still around - he's more than smart enough not to weaken the Inquisition by ever again admitting that anybody else's evidence of wrongdoing is correct. Trynair forced him to go that route once, it ain't happening again, because not only was it humiliating but you can be pretty sure that he sees it as a waste of time; if anything, it just delayed the declaration of Jihad.

The Inquisition will simply sidestep, counter or at least muddy any published evidence, while it's made quietly clear to those affected that their continued existence is in Clyntahn's gift.
