I have been a fan of David Weber's Safehold series since I first heard about Off Armageddon reef, but what has intrigued me throughout the books was his ability to make strong and meaningful prayers from the characters.
This Thanksgiving, my father, who is a fan of the book series as well, asked me to come up with a safeholdian-esque prayer to say before dinner. What I was wondering is if someone could help me find a few of the prayers in the books to help me come up with a good one myself. Even if you could just give me a few quotes.
