Very true- but then, we've not been told what the threshold is. Would a Piezo crystal system violate it? Textev suggests it would take more than that.

And that tech could be a stepping stone- after all, a natural rock that just happens to produce an electric current when exposed to vibration is a natural phenomenon.How could that violate the proscriptions? After all, it's part of God's world.

And bet me that Howseman(sp?)for one wouldn't run with that..

Or Sir Ahlfryd.

No, we don't know what the threshold is. What we know is that Merlin is not willing to accept the risk.
