I am new to works of David Weber, which are beyond amazing...and to this site (or would have asked/commented earlier: maps don't seem to show many important places described in the narrative. For example Serabor, Sylman Gap, (75 miles north of). They are about to fight a battle around there, I gather.

I have got to be missing the right map, if there is one. I downloaded Safehold Series onto my iPad Mini, from B&N.

Under geography there are two maps. Try the most recent. This one is also incomplete and does get fleshed out as the stories progress. David Weber aka Runsforceley aha RFC does not like to have his hands tied regarding details like geography before he writes the actual story. With that caveat the details that do exist are accurate for the most part.

Even after he writes a story, he may not give exact details about locations, if he thinks he may change his mind later. Plus he just likes to keep some details secret, to tease us. :D
