How does the ICMC get its officers?
Do thy sell commissions or use the failed midshipman methode or do they promote entirely from the ranks?
The failed midshipmen comes from the USN. During most of the 19th century. When a midshipman failed a class in his 3rd or 4th year at USNA he could elect to stay in but he could only recive a commission as a Marine officer if he failed no more classes.
Does the ICA or RChA have an acadamy or do they sell commissions?
