[Minor SPOILERS] Communication

In TVP, several of the characters ara seen communicating soundlessly via their wetware. We'd seen Admin people do that via touch communication in the previous book, but now we see SysGov contact-free communication.

What I found interesting is how the dialogue is described in the text: using angle brackets <>.

The Valkyrie Protocol, chapter sixteen wrote:<This is our first appearance, so let's make sure we do well.> she told him silently.

Which is the same way that David denotes treecat communication in the Honorverse. Could this be a foreshadowing of future times to come? A SysGov-wetware-enabled treecat?

Anyway, I'm confident we'll get this kind of communication by the end of this century. No need to wait for the 29th or 30th.
