Dejah Thoris reference

Call me dense, but I nagged the Duckk to create this new board on the Apocolipse Troll after someone mentioned on another board that Ludmilla was referred to or compared to Dejah Thoris. I did not spot it in my rereading. Can someone cite chapter or page number?
