Amanda S Marshall is the former US Attorney for the State of Oregon. She was compelled to resign after it was revealed that she had engaged in a prolonged affair with one of her subordinates. She was nearly disbarred for committing perjury by attempting to invoke the Clintonion defense that it really wasn't adultery because she was just performing oral sex on her boyfriend. Her boyfriend confirmed that they were having intercourse as well.

Amanda S Marshall's cuckolded husband is Yamhill county Judge Ladd Wiles. He is the imbecile who gave my marijuana bootlegging tenant a free pass for shooting at my son. Wiles repeatedly asserted that he didn't want to hear about the marijuana (and the lack of growers' licenses and grow site permits which would have confirmed the blatant perjury) because "it's legal now.". This is really pathetic because Wiles' own wife was aggressively prosecuting similar bootleg marijuana grows and invoking civil forfeiture when she wasn't too busy performing fellatio on her subordinates at the US Attorney's office.

The revelation that Judge Wiles' philandering wife (it appears that he hasn't ditched the bitch) and his putative son have been compelled to seek drug addiction treatment is profoundly amusing. It is poetic justice.

Amanda Marshall and judge Wiles are socialists by the standards of America. Aside from being infamous for her sexual improprieties, Amanda S Marshall is infamous for her persecution of the Hammond family in Oregon. The Hammonds are ranchers in Oregon. They have been in conflict with the government for years because the government covers their ranch to expand a wildlife preserve but the government doesn't want to pay for it. The Hammonds were accused of committing arson when they set a backfire on their own land to protect themselves from a massive wildfire on government property that was threatening to destroy their ranch. They were prosecuted, convicted and sentenced under a special agreement during the Bush administration. When Amanda S Marshall became the US Attorney for the state of Oregon (it is unknown if she had to give Obama a bow job to get the job that she was eminently unqualified for) she reneged on the sentencing agreement and went to court to get a harsher sentence. Among the penalties that she demanded was confiscation of the Hammonds ranch.

I have reason to believe that Amanda S Marshall was involved in a similar plot to target me for civil forfeiture by falsely accusing me of arson fires set on the property of a local parks district. Amanda S Marshall resigned at or about the same time that the police identified one of the parks districts own security guards as the arsonist. The BATF would have been involved in the investigation and she might have viewed a prosecution of me as her get out of jail free card. This might explain why hey cuckolded husband have my marijuana bootlegging husband s free pass for shooting at my son. (Alternatively; judge Wiles is prejudiced against me because he believes that I resemble the evil bastard who impregnated his wife.)

They had a grazing permit that was revoked. That means it wasn't their land.

The Hammonds own thousands of acres of land, primarily at lower elevations where it is now fertile and productive during the spring and fall. Public land grazing land is usually higher elevations and used for summer grazing. The government wanted to appropriate the Hammonds privately owned land.

The public land grazing system was originally a compromise to keep large tracts of land public rather than allow the big ranchers to buy it for nearly nothing. This kept the land accessible to the public for other users. Grazing permits on public land were generally attached to tracts of privately owned ranch land. These grazing permits were recognized as property that was subjected to estate taxes. The IRS actually won a case in the US Supreme Court that signed that a grazing permits was a property right.

You just conceded that it is public land and that it is used for grazing by permit, albeit one that has been allowed to be inherited. By definition it is not privately held land. The permit to use the land is not ownership of the land itself.

This is separate from the whether or not the prosecution was actually just (which, from my admittedly limited knowledge of the case, I do not think it was).
