And it turns out that while Sean Hannity has been reporting on and defending Trump and Cohen loudly and frantically for months and months he never disclosed he was a client of Cohen's.
Sean Hannity... is one of only THREE total clients.. of Trump's personal lawyer and fixer. And his rebuttal today was hilarious. He never *paid* him for any legal services! Like he thinks Trump's personal attorney gifting him FREE legal consultations while he gives Trump and his lawyer glowing coverage night after night is somehow less ethically compromising! |

Not impeachment worthy, but KellyAnne admitted that Trump wouldn't have won without James Comey's announcement 11 days before the election.

As soon as I heard about the fire at Trump Tower I immediately thought... 'There goes important evidence regarding the investigation into Russian collusion.'
Recent updates citing accidental causes involving too many devices plugged into an electrical outlet, are both sad and reassuring. I'm going to put my untamed paranoia to rest on this issue, not willing to believe that anyone can be so recklessly callous, calculating and cold. Although, I personally consider the lack of smoke alarms on such a prohibitively expensive and desirable piece of real estate, located so high up in the air, to be rather odd. I know. I should be ashamed for considering such a thing, and I am. This administration clearly has me distrusting the shape of water. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |

So the Cohen side of things is the collosal ridiculous screw up that just keeps giving now that his LLC has been exposed and it's been revealed he was using it for more than just paying off porn stars Trump cheated on Melania with...
Apparently KAI.... the Korean aerospace company, is claiming it paid him the $150,000 dollars that just went public for "accounting services". Cohen is not an accountant. He lives in New York, not Korea. The LLC was a secret. KAI is a defense contractor looking for US military contracts for trainer jets. Everyone knows he is Trump's "fixer"'. Total coincidence I'm sure and really Cohen is also a secret accounting genius who warranted a foreign defense contractor seeking out his services specifically! Novartis paid him over a million dollars for "health care policy consulting work". Apparently Cohen knows health care policy too and nobody knew about that either! Trump took a meeting with the Novartis CEO shortly after. The coincidences are just piling up... it's amazing! A company closely associated with a Russian Oligarch dumped half a million dollars into the LLCs accounts. They won't even try to make up a reason they did it, they appear to just be hoping this all goes away if they duck and cover long enough.. I want to hear all about how terrible Trump supporters think Pay to Play is again. Because Cohen is just the latest example of the unprecedented EPIDEMIC of pay to play in the Trump administration. |

The best part about that is that Novartis claims they realized that Cohen was useless to them soon after signing the contract and that they thus never actually used his services, but that they had to pay him anyway because the contract didn't have applicable early termination clauses. |

U.S. Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey asked Eric Dubelier, one of two lawyers representing the accused Russian company, Concord Management and Consulting LLC, if he was representing a third company listed in Mueller's indictment.
"What about Concord Catering?" Harvey asked Dubelier. "The government makes an allegation that there's some association. I don't mean for you to – do you represent them, or not, today? And are we arraigning them as well?" "We're not," Dubelier responded. "And the reason for that, Your Honor, is I think we're dealing with a situation of the government having indicted the proverbial ham sandwich." "That company didn't exist as a legal entity during the time period alleged by the government," Dubelier continued. "If at some later time they show me that it did exist, we would probably represent them. But for purposes of today, no, we do not." ============================================================ Indicting a company that was not around during the election. Remind me of the definition of a witch hunt? No...no...no it's not hunting for HRC. I thinking indicting a company that was not around might mean that their are serious flaws within the witchhunt...I mean Mueller probe. They are going into all of Trumps business's and violated attorney client rights in their effort to stage a legal coup through impeachment and the independent prosecutor. Well we see if this is a true investigation or a witchhunt.....so far NO RUSSIA COLLUSION. What I can see is that the progressives are trying to force Donald J. Trump out of office through any means necessary. Time will tell if my observations are correct or throughly wacked. |

I think it means there are serious flaws with your understanding of the scope of the probe Mueller was authorized to conduct. Hint: he is not limited to only investigating events that occurred during the election.
Very specific measures were taken to ensure they did NOT violate those rights. If they did all the evidence they gathered would be inadmissable so what the hell would the point of that be? That's the entire purpose of the independent special master appointed by the judge to review the evidence seized and arbitrate what falls under privilege and what does not. The prosecutors will never even get to see anything determined to be privileged.
WTF do you think the Trump Tower meeting was? |

Except of course there are Russian references to Concord Catering going back to the 1990's.
