To the best of my knowledge, the shooter did not leave anything behind that would hint at his motive. His parents didn't know (or claimed not to know) anything about his political affiliations, there are no social media accounts that one could analyze for his sentiments one way or another, he wasn't connected to any larger groups - he was just a dude, with a rifle, on a roof.

What bomb(s) did the radio transmitter found beside him control? Conspiracy Theorist 101.

They found two improvised explosives in his car that were radio-controlled - but that also were not really all that usable as weapons, so as with his motive, we can only speculate about what his plans were regarding those.


Also, it's kind of hilarious how little this ended up mattering? The more monumental upset in the presdidential race is Biden dropping out.
