‘Forget Crimea,’ Trump advisor tells Zelensky ceding territory is vital for peace in Ukraine

Well, no surprise here!
Trump’s miraculous 24 hour peace plan for solving the Ukraine/Russ War is simply a repeat of Putin’s demands!
Zelensky’s Ukrainians are simply to bend over and get screwed. Pay the Russian Danegeld, and relinquish its territory to the Russian aggressors!
The problem with Danegeld is that the Dane keeps coming back for more.
So one has to wonder what the next Danegeld demand from the Putin’s White House will be!
Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia?

Very well said, but a voice in the wilderness. Would love to be in the Nasty Kitty above the Kremlin with a full stock of KEWs.

For more than 2 years Ukraine has been fighting with one hand tied behind their backs. They have been allowed to use their western arms to defend themselves, but not to use them in offence against their aggressors!
This enabled Russia free reign in smashing Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, while at the same time, letting the Ukrainian’s unable to reply likewise to Russia.
I freely admit that my knowledge of military dogma is more than limited, but the one dictum that I have picked up; and have found, very logical is:
At times the best defense is a good offence!!!
Trump urges Putin: 'Don't escalate the Ukraine war' in post-victory call

Putin’s answer:
'Massive' Russian attack causes Ukraine blackouts

The most massive airstrike against Ukrainian civilian infrastructure since the start of the war, leaving tens; if not hundreds of thousand, civilians without heating and water! This in the middle of winter!
This was apparently enough to piss off Old Joe Biden!!!
As one of his last acts while still in office; he untied Ukraine’s hands, and allowed them to use US arms offensively!

Only time will tell what Putin’s response will be. A greater influx of North Korean mercenary troops, nukes?

Now it’s easy to understand as to why Russia is gnashing its teeth at the prospect of Ukraine now is not only able to try to protect itself against it attacks, but now also able to; in a limited way, able to try to deter them.
But what is almost incomprehensible is how its lickspittle supporters outside Russia, like here in Europe Fico of Slovakia and Orban in Hungary and in the US Trump Jr., are able to sell to their supporters their opposition!
Is it really so simple as they feel that Ukraine is in violation of some immutable natural law: where the Weak are supposed to submit to the Strong!!!
