The problem with building hardware is making sure that you know what is needed and can put it together. A car can't be built is everyone is independently re-designing the engine and suspension. On the other hand, no matter how many slides you make of the plans, without someone to actually build it, it won't happen. You just need to find the right ratio of chiefs to braves. And that is why government intervention should be limited. they tend to have only two ways of dealing with problems: Youbah (UBAH/Use A Bigger Hammer) and Teamai (TMAI/Throw Money At It). Neither one really works if you want an efficient, working result. ~~~~~~
