Dennis Wingo and other Rocket scientists are attempting to return The ICE/ISEE-3 satellite to an orbit around the Earth's Lagrange point.

As long as they are all volunteers, and it doesn't cost any money, sure. Otherwise why do this? Just because you can? For how many millions? How about we put a satellite on the next mission to the iss. It will be better in every way and cost a heck of a lot less.
