WRT grabbing a tank by the gun barrel, the gun is attached to a "cradle" which is designed to hold the weapon firmly in place (for accuracy) and deal with the recoil forces generated by firing. IF something like the Hulk grabbed a tank by the gun barrel and lifted, the cradle would get all the forces transferred to it and it would then transfer the forces to the turret via the trunnions (where the gun pivots for elevation), where any failure would take place.

Assuming the trunnions did not come apart, the turret would most likely be lifted off the tank, since the forces would then be concentrated on the turret ring, and the traversing mechanism wold be the next point of failure.

An "accurate" hulk movie would see the gun suddenly come loose, then the turret lift off the tank. If the Hulk were to continue to throw, the turret would slip off on the backswing, and the Hulk would be throwing the barrel of a tank downrange. The body of the tank would be crashing back down on its tracks from a short drop, and the driver (as the only survivor) would be crapping his pants and looking for the emergency escape hatch.

I don't know the particular scene but if grabbed by the end of the barrel and lifted wouln't it bend? It's what, multiple million newtons.

Ninjas are hard to spot when they don't want to bee seen. Just check here for an example...

Exactly what are the physics behind X-Men's Cyclop's glasses? I know the lenses are made of ruby-quartz. But how do they control that powerful beam? Energy is neither created nor destroyed. Therefore, if the quartz is absorbing the powerful beams, there has to be some by product. If it is deflecting the beam, how does his eyes survive? And what of his eyelids?

There's also a scene years ago where Phoenix uses her TK, or possibly her TP, to block thr beams. She then removes Scott's visor and stares lovingly into his eyes.

Best guess, he manifests the beams, perhaps from another dimension, and the visor disrupts thr focus allowing then to return to where they came from.

I think the idea has to do with Scott's eyes emitting a laser effect.
Ruby and laser.
Thus a nullification effect.
Like when you wear red lens glasses; red things look white.
Where does the red energy go?
