In the breaks in his writing schedule, David has promised to stop by and chat for a while!

I missed this thread previously, but please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. It is clearly obvious how much she meant to you; just remember that as long as you hold onto the memories, she won't be completely gone - the love will still be there in your heart and soul, even if she isn't present physically. My prayer go out to you and your family.

My condolenses to you and your family, David!
But remember - she lives on in you, and you honor her memory every day, by doing what she taught you so well.
She must have been a very special lady indeed, to raise such a talented son, and doing so much with her life despite everything.
I'm certain she watches over you all!

I've been away from any boards.

You and she, go with God, David.

You and your family are in my prayers.
The loss of any family member is devastating, but the loss of a mother or a father is a wound not easily dealt with.

    As she goes to God.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
    And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
